Most pool companies will purposefully allow equipment to break since they make a substantial amount of money to repair it, we reject this model. We do not make any money when something breaks, so you are guaranteed that we are operating your equipment in a way to avoid repairs.
All chemicals are free
No matter what we add or how much of it, you will never be charged for any chemicals we need to add to the pool.
All repairs less than $50 are free
The majority of pool equipment repairs are under $50. Instead of contacting you to ask for permission to fix something small, we perform these repairs automatically and at no charge.
Any algae blooms result in free service
In the extremely unlikely event the pool turns green after a large pool party, you will not be charged for service that week; 25% of your monthly rate will be subtracted from your next invoice.
Emergency site calls are free
If there is ever an issue with the pool we guarantee we will be on site within 24 hours for free.
Cancellation of service is free
If you’re unsatisfied with our service you can cancel at any time at no charge, you are not bound by any contract to us.
